Made with local Cotswold gin, lychee syrup, fresh lime and grapefruit juice, a dash of Tabasco, Peychaud’s bitters, topped with Fever Tree Mexican Lime Soda, finished with a Tajín rim and garnished with fresh grapefruit and rosemary 🍊✨

Wild garlic season has arrived, and Pastry Chef Patti is making the most of it with our house made wild garlic focaccia.

From kneading the dough to docking before baking, every step is done with care. Finished with a fragrant wild garlic infused oil, this focaccia captures the fresh, punchy flavour of the season.

Foraged ingredients, slow processes, and bold flavours, this is spring on a plate.
Wild garlic only comes around for a short time, so enjoy it while it's here 🌱

Poached Yorkshire Rhubarb The Woodsman Way ☀️

Poached Yorkshire rhubarb, paired with a silky vanilla and yoghurt panna cotta, brings a perfect balance of sharp and sweet. Finished with rhubarb and hibiscus sorbet, white chocolate crumb, honeycomb, pistachio madeleine, candied pistachios and delicate rhubarb gel.

A beautifully created seasonal dessert by our talented Chef Patti, celebrating rhubarb at its very best.
