‼️ SOLD OUT! ‼️
Well, dear reader… you did it! ✨
Our ‘Afternoon Tea with The Ton’ has officially sold out within just a few hours of going live, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to everyone who secured their place, we are beyond excited to bring this special event to life✨🫖
And remember, in the words of a certain society columnist… one never knows when another announcement may arrive👀
Dearest Gentle Reader,
After much anticipation following our previous society announcement, the time has finally come to reveal the next occasion destined to set tongues wagging throughout the county.
Lady Whistledown is delighted to announce a most enchanting Bridgerton-inspired Afternoon Tea, taking place on:
✨Friday 21st August at 3 o’clock in the afternoon✨
This most elegant gathering shall be hosted within the beautiful surroundings of our country manor house pub, and for those already acquainted with the estate, the festivities will unfold within our magnificent Garden Room, overlooking the grounds and providing the perfect setting for an afternoon of Regency-inspired indulgence.
As delicate teas are poured and exquisite treats enjoyed, guests shall be serenaded by our resident pianist, Luke Harris, who shall play classical interpretations of modern favourites, made famous by society’s most beloved series.
Whether gathering with cherished companions, celebrating a special milestone, or simply seeking an escape into a world of elegance and charm, this promises to be an affair worthy of the highest circles of The Ton.
As every member of society knows, the finest occasions are rarely without their expense.
Admission to this most delightful affair is £35 per guest, a sum which includes a welcoming glass of homemade lemonade, a beautifully curated Afternoon Tea, and an afternoon of enchanting musical entertainment.
Young ladies and gentlemen are warmly welcomed into society’s company. However, as they shall be treated to the same splendid Afternoon Tea experience as their elders, children occupying their own seat will also require a ticket at £35 per person. The tiniest members of The Ton who require only a highchair may attend free of charge.
And in the spirit of fostering lively discourse and new acquaintances, guests may find themselves seated at a shared table alongside fellow attendees! A most agreeable opportunity for conversation and connection.
On Matters of Dress 👗
Regency attire is, of course, entirely optional. However, Lady Whistledown would be remiss not to encourage corsets, gloves, pearls, extravagant hats, and any suitably dramatic entrances. Society does adore a spectacle.
A Small Note from the House 🫖
We are pleased to accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian dietary requirements. Kindly email [email protected] following your booking to advise us of your needs. Regrettably, we are unable to cater for vegan diets or dairy intolerances.
