OUR TEAM - THE HEART OF The Globe Inn Stonehouse 💛
We close on Mondays, because there is so much to do behind the scenes to reset, restock, clean, plan and prepare for another busy week at The Globe Inn.
But yesterday was a special one.
For once, everything was put on hold. ❤️
Over the past three months since reopening, we’ve been thrown straight into the deep end - from navigating the World Cup, filling the calendar with events, building the pub back up and learning A LOT along the way!
And somehow, through all of that, The Globe Inn has been brought back to a new lease of life.
A place where everyone is welcome.
A place where everyone feels safe.
A place where everyone can come in, have a drink, enjoy themselves and feel part of something. 🍻💛
But yesterday wasn't about the pub.
It was about the people who help make it what it is.
We treated our amazing bar team to a spa afternoon followed by dinner - and honestly… it was bliss! 🥂🧖♀️🍽️
Our staff have worked just as hard as we have. They care about this pub just as much as we do. They give us the opportunity to have time together as a family, they hold the fort when we're not there, and most importantly, they make sure that every person who walks through our doors is greeted, welcomed and made to feel comfortable - no matter who is behind the bar pulling the pints. 🍻
Without our team, we are nothing.
So yesterday was our little way of saying THANK YOU. ❤️

Thank you for your loyalty.
Thank you for caring.
And thank you for helping us create the Globe Inn we dreamed of bringing back to life.

This summer has been absolutely incredible, and we genuinely couldn't have done it without every single person who has supported us - customers, friends, family, suppliers, entertainers and especially our team.
And we're only just getting started…
We're going from strength to strength - and we aren't going anywhere. 💛🍻
