Last year’s event explored the fascinating roles of police and forensic investigators - and had you talking for weeks afterwards. So, why stop there….? Join us for another evening of exploring how homicide investigations are conducted, with insights from a former Police Detective Superintendent🕵🏼‍♂️ and an active Forensic Pathologist🔍. Our speakers will discuss how evidence is gathered and assessed, the role of forensic science, and the challenges that can be involved in establishing the circumstances of a death🩸❌😵

Have a question for our speakers? We invite you to send it in advance to help keep the discussion relevant and avoid requests for sensitive information that isn’t already in the public domain. Attach your questions to this post or send us a direct message.

Our speakers will talk crime, and we’ll pour the wine🍷🔍

📍The Gatehouse Taproom | 🗓️30.10.26 | ⏰19:00

Bookings are on a first come first serve basis but we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone🤌🏻

As with every event we run, we’re keen to give back to the community that supports us. Admission is free, but we ask that you make a small donation to Chapelton Community Association. We’ll share details of how to donate on the night💵

We’re always looking for ways to improve your taproom experience. Whether it’s investing in regular upgrades, tweaking the layout to create more seating, putting on events, quiz nights and our legendary boozy brunches, we’re constantly working behind the scenes to make every visit even better.

We’re also working on some more Q&A style events… including the return of a very popular one 👀. We’ll share more on that soon!

In the meantime, we’d love to hear from you. Is there anything you’d like to see at the taproom? New events? Different drinks? Something completely different? Drop your suggestions in the comments or send us a message.

And don’t forget, the taproom is available for:
💃🏼Legendary Boozy Brunches
🎉 Birthdays, anniversaries & catch-ups with friends
🏆 Award nights (football, rugby, darts teams and more)
🥂 End-of-term get-togethers for parents
📚 Book clubs
🍺 Exclusive hire for your own event

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along to our Summer Sesh yesterday!☀️🍺🍹😎

What an incredible day full of great vibes, amazing people, and plenty of smiles. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and welcoming some new ones too🫶🏻

Our team, our customers, and the musicians brought the energy and made sure our Summer Sesh truly lived up to its name😎

Shout out to Dave & Steve of Real Alibi for getting the party started and to DJ Innes for brining it home👏🏻👏🏻

We’d also like to say a HUGE thank you to LA, Rachel, Nat, and Tina for all of your hard work and dedication. Your efforts never go unnoticed👏🏻. We truly do have the best team💪🏻

We hope you all had as much fun as we did, and we can’t wait to do it all again soon (after spending a few days in a darkened room😅)
