We've recently discovered that Teesside Restaurant Week will now be taking place from 29th June.
The good news is that we've already had lots of interest and bookings for the week commencing 8th June, so we've decided to run our special Teesside Restaurant Week menu twice!

That means you can enjoy our Restaurant Week menu either during the week commencing 8th June or during the official Teesside Restaurant Week dates starting 29th June.
So take your pick and join us on the dates that suit you best!
Our menu will be featured on the Teesside Restaurant Week website and is also attached to this post.

Temporary / Casual Contract

We are looking for an experienced Relief Sous Chef to provide short-term kitchen cover for sickness absence, holiday cover, and other operational requirements.

This is a casual, non-permanent position offering flexible work on an as-needed basis. Shifts will typically be offered with approximately one week’s notice where possible, although shorter notice may occasionally be required to meet business needs.

The role requires the ability to work at Sous Chef level and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends where required.

A huge thank you to Tim from Hands on Heart Training for delivering such an excellent and informative First Aid training day for some of our staff here at Chapters Deli.

Tim is a really top bloke and made the whole day easy to follow, engaging and actually enjoyable - the way he structured his training gives everyone confidence and practical knowledge that could generally make a difference one day

We are incredibly grateful for the time and effort he put into the day , and as you can see Derek fully committed to his role lying on the floor receiving treatment 😆

It’s always great to support local business especially when they provide such a brilliant service.
