📣 MAJOR UPDATE 📣
Chameleon was built with heart, soul, and a dream. From day one, we poured everything we had into making this a venue Stoke could be proud of, and we’re proud to say we achieved so much in such a short time. We created the safest venue in Hanley, we raised thousands for charity, and we hosted some incredible nights filled with music, laughter, and memories we’ll never forget.
It truly felt like we were finally getting into the swing of things and becoming the new place to be. We had so many amazing events, fun activities, the best drinks and cocktails in town at unbeatable prices, and a community that made us feel like all the hard work was worth it.
Sadly, the building itself has been against us from the start, leaks, costly repairs, and problems that grew far beyond what we could sustain. After long talks with the landlord, we’ve chosen to give the building back and surrender our lease. Our landlord has their own vision for the building and wants to take on the space themselves. As such, we’ve had to make the heartbreaking decision to close this chapter of Chameleon.
This wasn’t an easy decision at all, and one we wish we didn’t have to make. We’ve given it our all, but sometimes, no matter how much passion and effort you put in, it just isn’t meant to be at that time. This wasn’t the time for this version of Chameleon.
But don’t worry, if there’s one thing Zac and I are, it’s stubborn. This is hopefully not the end of Chameleon. We hope to bring it back in some form soon, and when we do, it will be bigger, better, and stronger than ever.
Thank you to every single one of you who supported us, danced with us, and believed in us. You’ve made this journey unforgettable.
