We are looking for managers for 2 small boutique hotels, one in Herefordshire & one in Shropshire
The Hotel Managers will report directly to our small friendly management team, ensuring that the hotel operates and maintains its high standards. You will ensure that all departments deliver required targets and all health and safety measures are in place.
Who we're looking for:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, dynamic couple to join our small independent group. Applicants must have personal licenses and have the ambition and determination to drive forward the business. Key focus points for the role will be to;
·Promote and drive forward wedding business
·Promote and drive sales through the restaurant
·To ensure all rooms are competitively priced and room occupancy is percentages are achieved
·Ensure room standards remain a very high level.
·Lead train and develop all staff by demonstrating very high standards
We are looking for people who will be hands on and have a great attention to detail, a wide knowledge of food and beverage operations as well as exposure to other hotel departments.
