When we opened Desire, we never set out to build just another cocktail bar.

We wanted to create something that Staffordshire could be proud of. A venue that championed hospitality, creativity and our county on a wider stage.

Being named a finalist for Cocktail Bar of the Year is an incredible moment for our team, but we’re not done yet.

New Era Pornstar Martini.

Approachable but forward thinking.

We realised not everyone actually knows how to drink a Pornstar Martini “correctly” and honestly, that’s cool.

So we rebuilt it in a way that’s simpler, smoother and easier to understand. A champagne foam layered across the top, carrying the flavour and ritual of the traditional side serve directly into the drink itself.

Vodka. Passionfruit. Vanilla & Champagne foam.

We Are Finalists! 🍸🖤

To be recognised alongside some of the biggest names in hospitality across the Midlands is something we genuinely don’t take lightly.

As an independent cocktail bar from Staffordshire, being named a finalist for Cocktail Bar of the Year means more to us than we can put into words. From day one, the vision for Desire was always about creating something special for our county, a place built on hospitality, creativity and experience.

To now be standing alongside some huge companies and established names within the industry is a real proud moment for our team.

Thank you to every single person who has supported us, visited us, recommended us, or simply followed the journey from the beginning
