Today was Xiomara’s last day at work 😭Xio Velazquez

She’s been with me since day one — we basically built this place together from scratch. What started as a boss–employee situation quickly turned into a friendship (and honestly, she was the real boss half the time). She kept me motivated, gave me advice, and most importantly… remembered all the things I constantly forgot.

I’m really going to miss you — not just at work, but as a person who made every day easier (and way more fun).

I truly hope you find your dream job as an architect in London — they’re not ready for you, but they should be.

Also, a huge thank you to everyone who came by today to say goodbye and brought gifts — it was so touching (and yes, there were tears… mostly mine).

Xiomara, go be happy, go chase your dreams, and don’t forget us when you’re designing skyscrapers.

Together with Stephen, we decided to do something meaningful and make use of his talent. Most of you probably know him, as you can often find him in one of the local cafés where he creates his beautiful artwork.

Starting tomorrow, you’ll be able to purchase one of his paintings at Leoni’s. All the money raised will be donated to a local preschool, Charnwood Nursery, which supports, among others, children with special needs.
