Friday Night at Heaton Mersey Con Club with Dan🎉

Fridays are always a good one at the club with Dan hosting our weekly quiz night!
We kick things off around 6:30pm with the kids’ bingo — or as we like to call it, “Dinky Dabbers” 🖍️ A bit of music, dancing and bingo for the little ones to get the evening started.
Then from 8pm it’s the grown-ups’ turn with bingo followed by our Friday night quiz 🧠
After that we keep the fun going with:🥩 Our meat raffle🃏 Play Your Cards Right! £50💰 Jackpot Joker £414!!! – with a chance to win some cash!
It’s always a great, friendly night with plenty of laughs, so come down and join us. Everyone welcome!

In Memory of Anne Clarke ❤️

It is with great sadness that we share the funeral arrangements for our former stewardess, Anne Clarke, who sadly passed away recently.

Anne and her late husband Mike ran the bar here at Heaton Mersey Con Club for many years, and between them they were a huge part of club life. Many of our members, past and present, will have very fond memories of Anne behind the bar and of the many parties, events and good times shared with Anne and Mike over the years.

Anne’s Funeral – Wednesday 16th September 2026

11:45am – St John’s Church, Heaton Mersey
1:00pm – Rowan Chapel, Stockport Crematorium

Following the church service, the club will be open for refreshments for anyone who does not wish to attend the cremation service.

We hope those who knew Anne will join her family and friends in remembering her and celebrating her life.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Anne’s family and friends at this very sad time.

Rest in peace, Queen Anne 💕

We’re excited to announce that Heaton Mersey Con Club is holding a Winter Festival! 🎄✨

📅 Saturday 14th November
⏰ From 12pm

We’re looking for local businesses, makers, crafters and sellers who would like to join us and have a stall for the day! ❤️

Whether you sell handmade gifts, Christmas goodies, cakes & treats, jewellery, clothing, homeware, crafts or something completely different — we’d love to hear from you!

🎪 £15 per stall
❄️ Stall holders will need to provide their own gazebo
🎁 A great opportunity to showcase your business in the run-up to Christmas and support local!

We’re hoping to fill the club with lots of brilliant local businesses and make it a lovely festive day for the whole community. 🎄☃️
