As many of our scooter family will know we have been waiting to scatter the ashes of our friend Ian Struthers. His family have now got them and are passing them on to us to scatter at Tittesworth Reservoir Leek ST13 8SW.
We aim to do this on Saturday 3rd September, meeting at the Rising Sun car park Hazel Grove and leaving at 10.30 with a short stop at Bosley crossroads to meet other riders and then on to the Reservoir to scatter the ashes and remember Ian.

we normaly attend this ride out every year and its looking good again

As many of our scootering family will know Ian Struthers sadly passed away on 19th May.
The family are not having a funeral as per Ian's wishes, but are having a Pure cremation.
Hi family are taking half of the ashes to spread on the family grave and has asked us his club to scatter the rest.
So as long as we have the ashes we hope to do this on Sunday the 26th of this month (June).
We will confirm this date once we have the ashes but are aiming to meet at the Rising Sun pub car park(Hazel Grove) and leave at 10.30 for Tittesworth Reservoir Leek st138sw
We will have a short stop at the layby just before Bosley crossroads to meet with others from Macc, Congleton, stoke, and any other areas then ride to Tittsworh ( to scatter the ashes and remember Ian.
All to be confirmed.

We now have the details for Eddie Yates funeral. It is on Tuesday 1 St September. We are meeting at Trafford retail park on Barton Road, Urmston. M41 7FN. At 11 am, then to ride to Eddie's House to join the cortege. Due to covid we won't be able to enter the crem grounds, but we would love for you to join us to give Eddie a very special last ride.
