The only bottle in a pub in England! This is Pear Spirit, distilled from 100% pure perry pear juice by .

On the nose: pear drops, floral.
Flavour: immediately juicy, fresh, grassy, citrus, pear.
Finish: warming alcohol, citrus.

It's an absolute favourite of ours and incredibly rare as James has to donate 330 litres of his precious perry to get just 90 bottles of spirit out. Sip it neat and savour the taste of Herefordshire!
