Starcross Legion events We are delighted to say we are open. (all subject to change).

Opening hours from Monday to Thursday are 6pm to 10pm, Friday 6pm to 11pm, Saturday hours 4pm to 11pm and Sunday is 12 noon to 8pm. Masks do not have to be worn but please respect those who wish to continue to wear them and remain a safe distance from those more vulnerable within the club. The virus can be passed on by or to anyone, whether they are vaccinated or not. Please continue to follow any remaining Government guidelines, use hand sanitiser regularly, be considerate of others, be kind and remember to take care of yourselves.

It’s nearly time to get your thinking caps on… 🤔

Join us to help raise funds for ICU garden project by entering our Quiz on Saturday 12 September!

Quiz starts at 8pm but we recommend getting in early to get yourself a table, as we’re expecting a busy evening! 🩵💚

There will be a prize draw and we’d massively appreciate any draw prizes that you could donate, please drop off to the club before Saturday if you can 🙏🏻🙏🏻

🌟Last Friday of the Month 🌟

Tomorrow is the last Friday of the month, that means it’s our Members Draw and Meat Draws.!

7.30pm: Members Draw - no purchase necessary, just be in the club at the time of the draw with your membership card (with club sticker). £50 prize up for grabs 🏆

8.00pm: Meat draw - tickets available from the bar for £1 each - selection of meat prizes available!! Take a look at least months for an idea of the prizes available.

We look forward to seeing you all there and welcoming in the weekend with us! 😄

Tonight’s the night of our monthly Members and Meat draws.!

Friday 31 July from 7.30pm

As always for Members draw you’ll need to be in the club at the time of the draw and have your members card (with club sticker) with you. 🥇

Meat draw tickets are available for £1 each behind the bar up to 15 mins before the draw and check out what’s included in the photo ⬇️ 👀😋

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our bar crew here at the RBL!

Flexible hours available (up to 30 per week) including days, evenings and weekends which may be required to change on occasions to accommodate busy events and staff holidays etc

£13 per hour (plus holiday pay)
Must have some previous bar experience
Must be over 18

The Starcross RBL club will be opening late showing the World Cup FINAL on Sunday, so join us to support see who wins.!

Match starts at 8pm but we’ll be open all evening with hot food available: pies, pasties and sausage rolls as well as cold rolls and bar snacks! 🥪🌯🥟🍫

The Starcross RBL club will be showing Wednesdays SEMI FINAL World Cup match, to join us to support our England men’s team.!

Match starts at 8pm but we’ll be open all day from 12noon. It has been very busy for the matches so do think about getting in early for a good spot! 😉⚽️ Tables can be reserved (subject to availability) by popping into the bar.

Hot food will be available: pies, pasties and sausage rolls as well as cold rolls and bar snacks! 🥪🌯🥟🍫

🌟 The Soldiers Rest Kitchen 🌟

Those of our members that regularly pop into the club may have noticed and those that haven’t been in for a while - we’re doing some work to revamp and extend our kitchen space.!

This is because very soon we will be opening ‘the Soldiers Rest Kitchen’ offering a reasonably priced eat in food offering and takeaway 🍔🧆🍝🍛

This is a direct result of the community support for the club and funding from our supplier Greene King.

Community support has also enabled us to carry out significant refurbishment work over the last couple of years (like new outdoor space, redecoration inside and outside, new tables and chairs, new club equipment) and it doesn’t end there, we are also in the midst of planning for redevelopment of both sets of toilets.!
