Join our team at THE BANK! We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working individuals to join our busy hospitality team. With the World Cup and major sporting events bringing exciting times ahead, we’re looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering great customer experiences.

This role includes a mix of Bartender and Barback responsibilities, supporting the bar team while helping create an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Support bartenders by restocking supplies, glassware and garnishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Work efficiently as part of a team during busy shifts
• Follow food safety and licensing regulations

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔ Friendly and approachable
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Able to work under pressure
✔ Hard-working and energetic
✔ A team player with a positive attitude
✔ Comfortable interacting with customers

Experience:

Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Hours:

Part-time position

Weekend availability is essential.

Typical shifts are evenings between:
7:00pm – 1:00am

Additional hours available during busy periods, including World Cup fixtures and major events.

Applicants should be flexible, as hours may vary depending on business needs.

Pay & Benefits:

• National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage (age dependent) + tips

Requirements:

• Must be 18+
• Right to work in the UK
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment

First of all, a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has booked with Disco Dayz lately! We are absolutely blown away by the demand—our calendar is looking busier than ever!!
To make sure we can pack in as much fun as possible and give even more families the opportunity to experience our discos, mascots, and services, we are considering introducing fixed weekend time slots.

🕒 The Proposed Slots:
10:00-12:00pm This early slot is ideal for our younger party animals!
2:00 – 4:00pm The ultimate "afternoon party" vibe! 🎉
6:00-8:00pm This slot is usually the big hit with teens and older kids looking to kick off their evening in style. 🎉
