Found the perfect venue but there's no bar? That's where we come in 🥂

We're The White Oak, a Stafford-based mobike bar serving weddings, parties and those occasions that deserve a proper get-together.

Our hoursebox bar looks right at home at a countryside wedding, but it's the people gathered around it that make the evening. Catching up with old friends, getting another round in and deciding who's first on the dance floor.

We'll bring the drinks and a friendly team to serve them, with a menu we can tailor to you. Cocktails, cold b**rs, a favourite gin or something alcohol-free, there's plenty to choose from.

Planning something? Send us your date and venue and tell us a little about it. I'd love to hear what you've got in mind.

Took the little OutIn along for the ride so I could actually have a decent coffee while working.

There’s something slightly ridiculous about standing behind a fully stocked bar surrounded by gin, rum, tequila and cocktails… and being most excited about making yourself an espresso 😂

Absolute lifesaver on a long wedding day. ☕👌

All set up and ready for tomorrow’s wedding 🤍🥂

The White Oak is in position, the Hawkstone is on tap, menus are out and everything’s ready to go. Not a bad view to finish the setup with either! 🌅

Looking forward to a brilliant day tomorrow and getting the drinks flowing 🍻🍸

🍻 More than just a bar turning up on the day…

We’ve shared quite a few of the extras available from The White Oak recently, but at the heart of it all is our mobile bar service.

If you’re planning a wedding or celebration, we can take care of the bar from setup right through to the last drink of the night.

Our service can include:

🌳 Our converted horsebox bar
🍺 Draught Hawkstone
🍷 Wines, spirits, cocktails & fizz
🥂 Welcome drinks
🍾 Prosecco wall
👰 Fully staffed bar service
📋 Temporary Event Notice/licensing arranged where required
✨ Optional extras including LOVE letters, flower walls and personalised YETIs

We’re trying to make things as simple as possible for couples — tell us about your day, your guest numbers and the sort of bar you’d like, and we’ll help put everything together.

We’re now taking enquiries for 2026 & 2027 weddings and events.

If you’ve got a date in mind, drop us a message and I’ll happily send over our customer brochure and full drinks menu. 🌳🥂

🍺 A little Hawkstone appreciation…

When we were putting together the drinks for The White Oak, we wanted to include things we’d genuinely be happy to order ourselves — and Hawkstone definitely fits the bill.

A proper British b**r and c***r range that feels right at home with what The White Oak is all about. 🌳

So, if you’re a Hawkstone fan, you’ll be pleased to see it behind the bar at our events. 🍻
And if you’ve never tried it before… your next wedding or party might be the perfect excuse. 😉

L***r or c***r — which are you choosing?

A little something different from The White Oak this weekend 🖤🤍

Alongside our mobile bar and event services, we can also create personalised engraved YETIs for weddings and special occasions.

These two matching sets were ordered as wedding presents for two brides and grooms. One couple will receive personalised snowboarding and hiking designs, while the other will receive a timeless Mr & Mrs set.

They’re a lovely way to give the happy couple something personal they can enjoy on their wedding day and keep for years afterwards.

Personalised engravings can be added to your White Oak wedding booking or ordered separately. Please message us if you’d like to discuss an idea for your own wedding or a special gift 🥂
