✨ We’re Hiring: Front of House Supervisor ✨
We’re on the lookout for a confident, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to join our team here at The Bank House.
This is a key role working alongside management to keep our bar and restaurant running smoothly day-to-day - leading a small team, delivering great service, and helping create the warm, welcoming atmosphere we’re known for.
🕒 Hours: 36 per week
Rolling rota (afternoons & evenings)
What we’re looking for:
• A natural leader with great communication skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organised, and able to use their initiative
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
The role includes:
• Leading and coordinating the front of house team
• Managing service and customer experience
• Handling payments and overseeing operations
• Supporting staff training and development
• Maintaining high standards across the pub
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
