🍾 Beth's Champagne Adventure 🍾

Our Beth recently visited Reims, France, where she enjoyed a cooking class with Eric Geoffrey, explored the Museum of Champagne, and learnt all about the journey from vineyard to bottle (with a glass of Champagne in hand, of course! 🥂).

She also visited Castelnau, our newest house Champagne, touring the cellars and tasting their fantastic range. We're excited to be stocking their Brut and Rosé Champagnes soon… and we think they're absolutely fabulous!

Tiana is one of our supervisors and quite possibly the sweetest person you'll ever meet. When she's not keeping everything running smoothly, you'll find her at the gym, planning her next trip, or enjoying a cheeky glass of Prosecco! 🥂

Logan is our talented Chef de Partie who has been cheffing for 4 years. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with his family. After work you’ll usually find him with a pint of Guinness👨‍🍳

We're lucky to have them both as part of our team! ❤️
