Well I had more likes on last night’s beef wellington cooked by the other half than I did on any of my cakes so here is a lovely cake for Delilah’s birthday party today to redress the balance, everything on the cake except the tiara was handmade…..can I just say that Andy had no part in making this! 😂💕

So this is not cake but it was the most awesome Saturday night tea! After two weeks without a day off and living on bananas and pinching bits of his brown rice and chicken this was a necessity!
Beef wellington, stunning fillet of beef from Greyfriars butchers, the other half actually made this start to finish…..my previous Head chef skills kicked in and there was much delegation and instruction but wow look at it! Eat your heart out Gordon Ramsay!!! Tasted delicious!!!!!
