Can you help us, Buckden?

It's been a hard year for hospitality, and we've felt it too. People often say - 'how can we help', or 'ask the village to support you'. Well, the easiest thing you can do to help is pop down for a pint!

While you are there, buy a ticket for The Outlaw Eagles - Tribute band who are performing for us in Buckden Village Hall on Saturday 3rd October from 8pm. Tickets are just £10 each and you can buy yours now, just ask our friendly bar staff (or Steve).

Buckden Village Club isn't a chain. There are no shareholders. We're a not-for-profit, run by a volunteer committee, for this village, and every ticket and every pint goes straight back into keeping our doors open.

We are here for you every day of the week, offering a warm welcome and great prices:

For a lot of you, this is where you had your first legal pint. Where you met people who are still your closest friends. Where you first got talking to someone who turned into something more. Where you've celebrated new loves, engagements, weddings, kids parties, new jobs, wet the baby's head - and also raised a glass to people we've lost.

It's where the village watched their team win. And lose😄

It's the perfect place for "just popping out for one" that turns into four, or five, or six...

We want to still be here for the next lot of it. For the quiz nights and the birthdays. The Sunday afternoons in front of the football. The live music. The pint after work with someone you know.

To do that, we need the village behind us. Come in. Bring a friend. Buy a ticket. Get a round in.

Good afternoon everyone,

If you've not visited us before then a) it's about time you did, and b) our door is near the field side of the building... and if you get all the way to the field don't worry as we've a back door there too!

We had some lovely people who didn't make it to our DJ night yesterday as they were looking through the doors to the village hall and thinking the DJ was awfully quiet 🫣

We know some people who are coming along to buy tickets to Outlaw Eagles - Tribute band may not have been in before and we want to make sure you find us!

Also, yes, non members are very welcome 🍻
