Busy day of bottling today. This is a test batch of our wheat beer, brewed with a touch of coriander and sweet orange peel. It certainly tasted like a wheat beer, but we'll see how it develops in the bottle. We also had our resident artist Alison J L Sandilands swing by for a doodle sesh - watch this space.
