As we enter a new golfing year, we should reflect on a fantastic 12 months at Spalding Golf Club.
March saw the completion of “Project refresh” a complete renovation, extension and modernisation of our clubhouse and Pro shop offering versatile and appealing space for members, guests, visitors and corporate clients. Celebrated by a memorable guest speaker evening with ex PGA TOUR and DP World Tour caddy, Billy Foster.
April welcomed in the new golfing season with a much improved course including renovated bunkering, successful fairway and green drainage projects, new and renovated course pathways plus improved teeing areas and playing surfaces throughout.
In August, we welcomed over 100 Juniors, parents and spectators from around the country for three days as we hosted the England Golf Junior Club Champions event. A huge success which proudly elevated us to England Golf Championship status. We look forward to hosting the England Golf Ladies County Finals In 2027.
December saw over 1000 attendees enjoy our Christmas lunches, party nights and members events, culminating in our fantastic James Bond inspired black tie New Year's Eve celebration!
