Well, it’s been a week this week. Fantastic weather. Customers in and out. And looks like this weekend is also going to be a fine and dandy weekend. So what further excuses do you need? Other than come and visit me Ninedeli
hello little bird? 🦅
In case you’re wondering what that random comment was about. As I’m sitting here dictating this text little bird just popped up. Very tame. I assume it is a newly fledged bird? Anyway, after a little pat on the head and a stroke under its chin it has hoped away, into the cover of the rosebush at Station Yard. Yes, this is an urban nature reserve apparently. They must like the quiet, peaceful tranquility of this little yard. You can also enjoy the peaceful tranquility of this yard.
You’ll find ninedeli behind the parade of shops opposite The Bay Hotel and Southwold police station. If you’re still unclear, the postcode is IP18 6FH.

The rough and smooth. Today is in a haul of smooth stones and sea glass is the smooth.
The rough is unfortunate all the detritus that are good lady picked up off the beach this morning.
Come on, visitors. Do better. I’m sure you wouldn’t leave all this in your own back garden.
It’s a small thing to ask but put your rubbish in the bin. I’ve seen some unpleasant posts about dogs on beaches lately. Being a responsible dog owner, I clear up after my dog. Dogs don’t leave their rubbish straightened up and down the beach. Also, if somebody’s dog eats something that’s left my humans, it could actually be the death of them. There’s lots of items that dogs will eat because I don’t know any better, that can kill them. Also, of course, if you’re a dog owner, clear up what your dog does.
This isn’t my hometown. I wasn’t born here but I still care about the environment in which I’m lucky enough to live.
Take her today it’s gonna be a boiling hot day. Make sure you apply some sunscreen drink plenty and remember even though the sea is tempting, I don’t care have over my cold water shock.

So looks like it’s gonna be another scorcher. Here is last night and this morning’s little haul of seaside wonders. Lucky stones and glass. A couple of pictures from sundown and a reminder that the weather is gonna be hot hot hot,🔥 until Friday at least!! I got another late call last night asking if I was open. I was at home I don’t know how many times I have to repeat myself but I am happy to feed you in the evenings up until 11 pm but you will need to book. If you don’t book, I will have gone home. Not because I am lazy. Not because I can’t be bothered, the reason is simple. I’m in tucked away location at the bottom end of town. I’m there to serve the public as best I can. I don’t sit in this remote location in the hopes that somebody might wander past. This is fully explained on my website and on the poster in my shop window.
So if you really do want to eat here as I often get told on the phone, please, book.
You only need to book sit down full English breakfast or an evening meal. All of the times you can just rock up and I will do my best to feed you. Ninedeli

Early morning pre-opening walk with the girls.
Lucky stone drought on my last couple of walks. Mainly because you need a bit of time 🕰️
This morning was very leisurely and I found three and the fourth one that isn’t. The 4th one has a stone impeded in it and a line that looks like it could’ve been carved.
The sea 🌊 is calm and the Sun is warm. It’s gonna be a very hot day Ninedeli but not to worry I’ve got plenty of ice for honest coffees and food for a picnics. Also got some good cake and coffee.
