The music starts, the fireworks are fired, the sky bursts into light and the audience ‘oooooh’ as they realise the fireworks are dancing with the music – in complete harmony! The British Musical Fireworks Championship is no ordinary competition, each competitor is required to synchronise their display to music, to win the competition, making each display no ordinary display and this event one of a

kind in the UK! Southport's sky bursts into light as watch as some of the country's top pyrotechnic teams compete with stunning firework displays to try and win the prestigious industry title of UK Champions. This is not just an ordinary firework display; this is seven breathtaking, jaw dropping displays with only one winner!

The crowds were treated this evening to spectacular performances but only one could take the crown!

After two unforgettable nights of dazzling displays and sky-high competition, we’re thrilled to announce the champion of champions at this year’s British Musical Fireworks Championship

🏆 1st Place: Optimum Fireworks 
🥈 2nd Place: Bright Sparks Fireworks 
🥉 3rd Place: Dragon Fireworks

Each display brought its own magic, and every team delivered something spectacular. Thank you to all the participants, judges, and our amazing audience for making both nights a blast! 💥

Just Wow! Saturday nights showcase was spectacular- three dynamic, musically-attuned performances.

Up first was Imperial Lotus SE (2023 winners)
Second was Dragon fireworks (2021 winners)
And the final performance of the evening was Optimum fireworks (2022 winners)

Who’s coming back for Sunday’s showcase?
Drone show at 7:45pm, then the next three competitors from 8pm all battling it out to become champion of champions.
