It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of one of our resident musicians, Frank. One half of the much-loved One for the Road.

Frank has been performing here most weeks from the very day we opened our doors. His incredible talent, warmth, humour, and trademark Trilby hat helped shape the atmosphere that so many of us have enjoyed over the years.

We are sending our heartfelt thoughts and deepest condolences to Will, Frank’s bandmate, who shared countless hours on stage with him. We also think of Pam, Frank’s good friend. And of course, we are thinking of Frank’s family and friends during this difficult time.

Frank’s love of music brought people together and created many a memorable afternoon in the bar. He will be deeply missed by all regulars and Auld Dubliner staff.

Frank, thanks for the music.
