The menu has been expertly designed to combine vibrant flavours from Portugal and Spain while endeavouring to use local produce such as British matured beef wherever possible. The Salsa Tapas & Grill menu features dishes like deep-fried whitebait, chilli con carne, Fajitas Tex-Mex chicken & ribs and other specialities such Espetada a chef, a traditional Portuguese kebab.
