Lovely Damo passed away yesterday.
The cancer came back with a vengeance and last week he was given only a few weeks to live. We all went out for dinner with him on Thursday to say goodbye which was a wonderful evening we didn’t imagine that he would go so quickly he was laughing and joking as normal
It’s been almost 3 years to the day that he found out he had leukaemia and he fought it right up until the very end
We are all heartbroken and sending all our love to Kelly and Sean, his mum and dad, and their families.

We will miss you so much Damo ❤️

Hi everyone.

As some of you know Damo our lovely barman of 10 years has been battling cancer for the last few years.

Unfortunately the Drs have exhausted all avenues and I am afraid to say he has been given the news that he has about a year to live.

Damo is in good spirits considering. He really wants a big party and all dock staff and friends to celebrate his life and a belated birthday on Saturday August 31st.

hello lovely people...i'm afraid we have had to close the dock we just couldn't afford to stay open any more...mo and i are heartbroken. we have had so much fun over the last 18 years and i can't say thankyou enough to all of you who have been there with us...all of you.

Hello lovely people
Just giving you an update on damo's progress...he's doing really well and responding to treatment with very little side affects and has the most amazing attitude, spirit and determination.
It's his 30th birthday on Wednesday 17th August. He did hope to be allowed out for the day but unfortunately it's not going to happen.
We're going to have a massive party for him when he's out but if you want to make his day really special please help bump up his fund www.gofundme.com/2e4d7tw and give whatever you can afford.
Damo has asked me to thank everyone. he is missing everyone and the normal life outside but he knows how much everyone is doing for him and how much we are all thinking about him and he very much appreciates it and feels the love.
