Dear residents,
Please remind your teenagers that Knight of Aveley is a private property. Our front garden is NOT a meeting point and dumping ground.

We have tried to communicate with people in a civilised manner and have asked them to respect our property, but unfortunately there are a few teenagers who are doing exactly opposite and giving us hard time.

We are asking again please speak to your kids and let them know that this is a private property.

We are trying to get ready to open our doors next week,
But it will be a very restricted rules and regulations :
1. You can only sit with your household.
2. You will have to order a substantial meal with your drink
3. There will be some restrictions on how long you will be able to stay in the pub.

Please don't make our lives more difficult than as it is, ie coming in, breaking the rules and blaming on us about what's going on with the entire world...

We know that this is not the best situation to be in, but unfortunately we are all in the same boat.
