My favourite pic of Billy Sloan, which I took myself at his request & shows the kind of joker he was. Don't worry the seat was brand new & Bill couldn't resist a photo opportunity. The world needs people like Bill who refuse to take life too seriously & he will be greatly missed, both by the members of the club & by me personally.
As published by Infinity his funeral takes place this Thursday 4th January at 13:40 at Pontefract Crematorium followed by the wake at Common Road Social Club (The RAFA).
The club extends it's sincere condolences to Carolyn & all Bill's family & assure them that he will be fondly remembered by all it's members with great affection. R.I.P. BILLY SLOAN family man, friend, joker & great friend.
