🍷 Well, look who decided to pop into W**e in the Willows!

Every good w**e bar has its regulars… but we weren’t quite expecting this one! 🐈

It seems our cat Jim decided that staying at home was far too boring and that a little visit to W**e in the Willows was much more appealing….and who can blame them?

A cosy atmosphere, good company and plenty going on. Although we’re fairly certain the w**e list wasn’t the main attraction! 🍷

We’re not sure whether this was a surprise inspection, a quick visit to check on the humans, or simply an attempt to become our newest member of staff.

Just another little chapter in life at W**e in the Willows. ❤️

🍄🍷W**e, Walk & Mushrooms….now that’s a different kind of Saturday.

Saturday 7th November, we’re heading out into the beautiful autumn countryside for a guided fungi walk with Adam Everest. 🍄

Discover the fascinating world of wild mushrooms, enjoy the fresh air and a little adventure, and then head back to the warmth of W**e in the Willows for a well-earned drink.

And who knows… you might even find yourself staying for a board game or two! 🍷

🍂 Here’s the plan:

📍 Meet at W**e in the Willows at 3pm for a quick drink.

🍄 Guided fungi walk starts at 3:30pm and lasts approximately one hour.

🍷 Return to the bar, relax and enjoy the afternoon.

🐾 Dogs and children are very welcome!

Whether you’re a nature lover, a w**e lover, or simply fancy doing something a little different, we’d love you to join us.

Bookings preferred, so get in touch to let us know you’re coming!

Because sometimes the best afternoons start with a walk and end with a glass of something lovely. 🍷🍂

🇮🇹 We finished the Italian way… with a Negroni! 🍊🥃

Six fabulous Italian w**es, some wonderful stories and 22 Negronis to round off a fantastic evening at W**e in the Willows!

What better way to finish our journey through Italy than with one of its most iconic cocktails — bittersweet, beautifully balanced and steeped in Florentine history.

A huge thank you to Clive for sharing his knowledge and passion, and to everyone who joined us for another memorable evening.

🐈‍⬛ There’s something mysterious about W**e in the Willows this Halloween…

As darkness falls over Somersham, a certain black cat has been spotted wandering past our doors…

Perhaps it’s the flicker of candlelight, the sound of laughter from inside, or the temptation of something rather special being poured. 🍷

After all, some w**es have secrets of their own… and the best way to uncover them is one glass at a time.

We’re open Thursday to Sunday, so come and join us this Halloween weekend.

A little mystery, a lovely atmosphere and a glass of something delicious await.

Well…it seems quite a few of you want your Christmas Day sorted the W**e in the Willows way!

After such an incredible response and a sell-out, we couldn’t leave anyone disappointed.

So, due to popular demand, we’ve added ANOTHER DATE!

🎄 Saturday 5th December at 3pm!

Join us for a lovely festive afternoon, tasting the w**es that could be making an appearance around your Christmas table this year.

For £40 per person, you’ll enjoy five specially selected w**es, a glass of fizz and a delicious festive sharing board.

And if you find your Christmas favourites, order your box of six on the day and enjoy 10% off!

Save the Date🎄 A little Christmas magic, a glass of something lovely… and the return of Vic Lennard! 🎶🍷

We are so looking forward to sharing the festive season with you all. The twinkling lights, the familiar faces, friends catching up over a glass of w**e and, of course, a bit of live music to get everyone into the festive spirit.

What a night at W**e in the Willows! 🔎🍷

Our Murder Mystery evening was an absolute triumph, with everyone embracing their characters, plenty of laughter, suspicious behaviour and some truly Oscar-worthy performances!

But two stars really stole the show… 🌟

Both delivered outstanding performances, throwing themselves into their characters and keeping us thoroughly entertained all evening!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the night so memorable. Who knew Somersham had so much acting talent?!

🍷🔎 A Bad Vintage… What a Night!

Well, Somersham, you certainly know how to solve a murder! 🕵️‍♀️

Last night, W**e in the Willows became the scene of a rather mysterious evening, with plenty of suspicious characters, unexpected twists, laughter and, of course, a glass or two of w**e along the way!

What a brilliant atmosphere from start to finish!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, got involved and made our Murder Mystery Night such a fantastic success. We absolutely loved seeing everyone getting into the spirit of things (including some questionable accents 🤣)

The big question is… did you guess whodunnit? 👀

We love evenings like these. Bringing people together, having a laugh and making memories right here in Somersham. ❤️

🥂 A little ch*****ne, great conversation and a subject very close to my heart.

Last week, I attended The Art of Living Well at bulthaup Mayfair, enjoying some inspiring conversations and a few lovely glasses of Taittinger Ch*****ne!

Through my day job with Fisher & Paykel, I work with people creating beautiful spaces that bring people together. And at our little W**e in the Willows, Emma and I hope to do exactly the same.

But tonight’s conversation about wellbeing really struck a chord.

Having experienced my own mental health challenges, I know that behind a smile, a busy career or a seemingly happy life, things aren’t always as they seem.

Men’s mental health is something we simply don’t talk about enough.

Living well isn’t just about beautiful homes, great food or wonderful w**e. It’s about connection, kindness and taking time to ask someone how they’re really doing.

And that’s something I hope W**e in the Willows will always be about.

Because sometimes the most important thing we can offer isn’t a glass of w**e, but a listening ear. ❤️
