Morning all.

It is with great sadness we have made the very tough decision to close the pub with immediate effect. The fact of rising energy bills, rent, staffing costs and price of stock keep rising has just made it unviable to keep going.

We would like to thank everyone for their support over the last 18 months it’s been a blast!

We have decided to focus on our other 2 ventures The Old Chequers Croft and The Bell Hotel Burgh Le Marsh.

Any future bookings or events will be contacted in next few days to discuss other options.

Please don’t be a stranger and pop in and see us at our other 2 places and we will look forward to having a drink with you all.

PART TIME BAR/WAITING STAFF WANTED. IDEALLY BE ABLE TO TRAVEL BETWEEN US (main place of work) AND The Old Chequers Inn Croft.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a great work ethic, must be reliable, trustworthy, good customer service skills and can work as part of a team in a busy family run pub/ restaurant. Jobs include weekends and late evenings.
