What an absolutely cracking weekend, we wholeheartedly thank every one of you who came and supported and helped celebrate our anniversary with us.
But it doesn’t end there, continuing with our Green Hop Showcase, we have a freshly tapped cask from the Left Handed Giant brewery in Bristol, called Hunter’s Moon’.
• Style: Green-Hopped English Pale Ale.
• ABV: 4.4%
• Hops: Fresh Challenger and Cascade hops picked straight from the bines at Hukins Hops in Kent just a day before brewing.
• Malt: Traditionally floor-malted Maris Otter from Warminster Maltings, with a touch of amber and light crystal malt.
• Flavour Profile: Vibrant notes of orange peel, sweet lychee, spicy cedar, and fresh flowers with a crisp, structured bitterness.
• Dietary: Vegan-friendly.

Open from 6pm today.

It’s Sunday! The last day of our weekend long anniversary party!

Thank you to everyone who’s joined us for it so far, it’s been brilliant to see so many of you integral parts of The Mill’s history - new and old!

To cap the weekend off we’re bringing back a favourite from a few years ago - Cheese Toastie Sunday!

Between 1pm and 3pm (or until we’re all outta bread!), turn up, take a seat, order your drink and let us know what you’d like on your toastie!

Continuing with our Green Hop Showcase, we have another Goacher’s Green Hop Ale fresh on today. This one has been brewed with a different hop variety from the previous brews, in the form of the Challenger hop, which definitely imparts a different characteristic to the flavour of the b**r.
Also fresh on today, to celebrate our 13th Anniversary, we have a 10 month old aged cask of Goacher’s Old Ale. The ageing of this b**r has added extra strength and smoothness to the drinking experience.

Thank you all for coming down and showing us some birthday love!

But that was only the start! Tomorrow (Saturday) we’ve got the incredible Jeevs Gourmet Burgers joining us from 5pm to 9pm to fill the large burger shaped hole that we’ve been feeling on Saturdays since we lost Warm Heart!

We want this to be the start of something beautiful so come down and give them a go, maybe we can encourage them to make it a regular thing! 👀

Continuing with our Green Hop Showcase, we have two new freshly tapped green hop ales on at the Mill today.
From Halling we have Moot Brewery’s ‘Goldcrest’ green hop ale. With an ABV of 3.8% this naturally hazy, full bodied session ale, has used Kentish Cascade hops from Hukin Farm in Tenterden, giving the b**r citrus and spicy notes.
Our second green hop ale is from Penryn in Cornwall. Verdant’s ‘Fresh Hop #1 (East Kent Golding)’. With an ABV of 4.4% this English Pale Ale is brewed with freshly picked East Kent Golding hops, harvested straight from Redsell Farm in Kent and Cascade hops from Heligan in Cornwall. It features a clear golden appearance, herbal aromatic notes, and a clean, dry bitter-hop finish.

Open from 4pm today.
