Swantoberfest starts tomorrow with our friends at The Coach & Horses Shrewsbury…

Here’s a glimpse of our festive offerings to entice you.

Spaten Oktoberfest - 5.9%

Golden, strong l***r. One of the official six Oktoberfest b**rs, brewed only for this time of year. Full flavoured, strong malt aroma and dryer than the rest. A true Oktoberfest classic!

Weihenstephaner Festbier - 5.8%

A rich full bodied seasonal l***r, brewed exclusively for the fest season. A true representation of Bavarian spirit from the world’s oldest brewery.

Augustiner Oktoberfest - 6.3%

An undisputed classic. Brilliant gold in colour with a snowy white head and aromas of fresh bread, honey and wild flowers.

Geisinger Festbier - 6%

Golden amber and slightly sweet to taste. Munich water, barley malt, hops and Munich air gives you an authentic taste of the season.

Flötzinger Wies’n-Märzen - 5.8%

Rich, malt-aromatic body with sweet caramel and toast notes and traditional hops. Brewed for the Rosenheimer Herbstfest. An alternative and interesting addition to the conventional Festbier.

Pick up your Swantoberfest card tomorrow, Thursday 23rd or throughout the weekend.

We have a limited amount of Ayinger straw hats, awarded on completion of your card. (First come first serve)

We say goodbye to our beautiful and wonderful Amy. Join us in giving her the big farewell she deserves.

Amy has been a huge part of the pub and we will miss her a hell of a lot 😢

Something very special has just landed on our guest tap!

We’ve managed to snag ourselves a keg of Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza 2026 - Viognier!

Special batch prepared for Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza 2026 - Grape Edition, with 240g of fresh Viognier grapes per liter of lambic, in a blend of 50% of 1 year old very light Meerts (ligher than the classic Meerts we use) and 50% of 2 and 3 years old lambics, to reach around 5% alc/vol grape lambics.
