Took the pic. Gobbled up the burger. Then realised that stupid chip is hanging on for dear life.

Double smashed patty cheese burger in milk bun, cut in half and served on bubbbling cheese fondue. Served with Koffman fries.

The last time RBOI did a kitchen takeover at ours we had holes in the ceiling, a fruity, and the Garden Room was a bush. So this one is looong overdue but we are so excited it is finally happening (again) 💥

RBOI is taking over The Smoke Shack on Saturday 5th September from 1pm until gone. This is not a ticketed event, but rather a one day residency where you can sample as much or as little of his inappropriately delicious food.

Liam will be cooking and serving from The Smoke Shack, but you can sit anywhere you like in the pub so don’t worry about the weather 🤗

We’re after someone to take the reins and make the kitchen their own. Someone who can lead a team, run a tight kitchen and cares about doing proper pub food really bloody well.

COMMIS CHEF

Maybe you’re just starting out in kitchens, maybe you’ve got a bit of experience and want to learn more. Either way, we’re looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable and keen to get stuck in.
