We are looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our business. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure excellent customer service, smooth operations, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations

Supervise, train, and motivate team members

Deliver high standards of customer service

Assist with staff scheduling and performance management

Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies

Ensure health, safety, and company policies are followed

Step in to lead the team in the Manager’s absence

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
