A bar disguised as an exhibition hall for the display of natural curiosities. Selling tickets with a complementary drink to take a peep at the Tiger - evading the law prohibiting the sale of alcohol. Inspired by the bootleggers fuelling the parties of the flapper girls. Expect original, daring and adventurous cocktail creations served up by a team with passion and knowledge. Backed by a playlist full of Vintage blues and gospel with a 21st century shot in the arm. Think juke joint vibes with a modern twist. Operating the old fashioned way, with table service, because you've worked too hard and deserve to put your feet up, so take your seat, get comfy and we'll do the rest. Remember, if anyone asks, you're here to see the Tiger!

Meet Kaz.

Our manager, menu mastermind and the reason we're usually thinking about Christmas while everyone else is still ordering summer cocktails.

She's caring, creative, absolutely hilarious and somehow always a season ahead of the rest of us.

She's rather good at what she does.
