Starting TONIGHT for this bank holiday, we’re serving up the full Red Brick menu late into the night — all your favourite bagels, crispy hash browns, proper coffee AND a full bar pouring beers, w**e & cocktails.

Shrewsbury… you’ve absolutely blown us away. ❤️

Seeing queues like this during our opening week is something we’ll never forget. Thank you to every single person who’s visited, supported us, and been so patient while we find our feet.

We’re making a few adjustments over the next couple of weeks to make your experience even better, so here’s our opening schedule for this week:

☕ Wednesday: 7am–4pm
☕ Thursday: 7am–11pm
☕ Friday: 7am–Midnight
☕ Saturday: 8am–Midnight
☕ Sunday: 8am–11pm

🥯 Our kitchen will be serving until 3pm for the next couple of weeks while we fine-tune everything behind the scenes. Late-night food is coming very soon! Watch this space 👀

Our goal is to be open 7 days a week, from 7am until late every day—just give us a couple more weeks to build the team and we’ll be with you before you know it
