Sour cherry lambic in the fermenter The Fox brewery. A full 10l of sour cherry purée goes into each keg. No nasty synthetic additives here!

This year's Cascade hop harvest from The Fox pub's beer garden was plentiful, like many crops this season. I've frozen them to keep their fresh aromas and plan to use them for dry hopping a single cask of Plan Bee! 🐝🐝. They're greener than they look in the picture, honest!

German lager in the pipeline soon. Bohemian Pilsner malt, spalter hops and a long cool fermentation with Weihenstephan lager yeast.

Pleased with this year's Cascade hop harvest, plenty of pristine plump cones. Harvest will be another month away, but i will check on their progress daily!
Maybe 20oz in total, enough to dry hop 1 cask of Plan Bee from The Beespoke Brewery downstairs
