• No prams inside - please inform us in advance if you require a highchair, due to limited nu

mbers. The rear of the building is covered by CCTV should you wish to leave your pram outside.
• Well behaved dogs on leads are very welcome.
• Consumption of food and drink purchased outside of the premises is not permitted.
• Last bar orders at 10:30pm.
• Last food orders taken 30 minutes before afternoon closing time and at 9pm on evenings. Please check our opening hours for reference.

Laura Kimber's kitchen is taking shape. Now she needs her brigade.

The Lloyd is recruiting Chef de Partie — and we're looking for more than one.

These are serious positions in a serious kitchen. You'll own your section from prep to pass, working in a small, focused brigade where the standards are high, and the food genuinely matters.

No split shifts. No midweek lunch. Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch only.

£32,000–£35,000 depending on experience. Starting July 2026.

The Lloyd is looking for a Restaurant Manager.

This is a founding role — you’ll set the standard, build the team, and own the guest experience from the first reservation to the last goodbye of the evening.

You’ll have led front-of-house at a serious level. You’ll read a room the way a chef reads a pass. You’ll understand that the best service is felt, not performed.

No split shifts. Five services a week — Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch.

£45,000–£48,000 plus performance bonus up to £10,000. Starting June 2026.

The Lloyd is looking for a Sous Chef.

You'll work directly alongside Chef Director Laura Kimber — a kitchen built around precision, seasonality and cooking that doesn't need to announce itself.

This is a founding role. You'll help shape the culture, the standards, and the food from day one. In Laura's absence, the kitchen is yours.

No split shifts. No midweek lunch. Five services a week — Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch.

£40,000. Starting June 2026.
