XLN for small business
I entered a contract with this company for both broadband and phoneline three months ago. I still do not have broadband and there is a fault with my landline which means they have placed a divert to my mobile phone so we can still just about operate the company.
I have written to them 13 times, made heaven knows how many calls and have got nowhere.
I keep being assured that someone will take immediate action but nothing.
As they still keep billing me for both services, I have informed them that I have cancelled their direct debit because of these issues. Still nothing!
I am posting this on Facebook so to publicise these facts.
For a communication company, they seem to have an inability to communicate.
I have yet again written to them asking for someone to sort this out but am not holding my breath.
What else can I do???

To customers visiting the brewery this afternoon -
Thanks to BT (no notice given) until 3pm access to the brewery is ONLY available via Staple Lane off the A246. There is NO access from Combe Lane off the A25.
Sorry for the inconvenience, should be clear by 3. If you are met with any issues or barriers just say you need to get to the brewery & they will let you through.
