On our Guest Ale for the rest of the week, we have Cheddar Ale Crown and Glory.

This cask conditioned premium bitter of 4.6%. It’s a delicious hoppy bitter using a blend of the finest English Hops. We had this in for the first time in November and was really well received.

Along side we have our House Ales: Palmers’ Copper, Fuller’s London Pride and St Austell’s Proper Job.

If you have popped in the this week, you may have noticed the return of the Hops.

Each year we decorate the pub with Hops, different varieties of Hop will change the characteristics of an ale, some more noticeable than others, like one of our house ales Proper Job which hence the advertising has a very power hop flavour.

These hopes were harvested mid August and put up on at the start of September, which just like the four real ales, couldn’t be fresher.

The duration of these hops will last until Christmas which is when they will be replaced with other decorations, or if they don’t get too dry and like the past 2 years hops, they could remain up to see through the New Year.

To read more information about our hops and why they mean so much to David, The Landlord, visit the events page on our website: https://www.whitehartyetminster.co.uk/events
Scroll down to Hops. Our hopes are supplied by Hukins Hops.
