Welcome to the HOUSE OF HUGO! Sat quaintly between Crystal and La Gondola on Carver Street, the House Of Hugo is a Boutique late night venue offering only the very best in premium bespoke cocktails with Hugo's special twists and blends all topped off with impeccable service and standards. The House Of Hugo is literally that. When walking in through Hugo's almost hidden front door you will be taken

through a quirky stripped back entrance with exposed brickwork reminiscent of a 1920's Speakeasy. At the top of the stairs you are welcomed into the Lounge. With a fully glazed roof adorned with a Crystal Chandelier, this room really pulls you into the level of elegance that Hugo is about to offer. The Lounge boasts a fully stocked Bar that focus's on only the very best premium Spirits & Champagnes. Want to venture further into Hugo's Town House? Head downstairs into the Library...Hugo's 'Hidden Gem'. This is where Hugo really entertains. A room all about Hugo, a place where he can show off his collection of things picked up on his travels over the years from Clocks to Tea Sets and Books to Top Hats. This room also boasts a fully stocked Bar that serves some of the best Cocktail delicacies in town! Then head upstairs instead! On the top floor you'll find Hugo's Attic. A room with wonderful exposed Brickwork and original wooden beams that add real character to the top floor. This room also has a fully stocked bar and a large dancefloor area where you are free to let loose and enjoy a Hugo party any night of the week! At the House of Hugo you can never get bored! Whether you are wanting a quiet drink and chat with friends in the Lounge, a Cocktail or 2 in the Library or a good old dance in the Attic, the House of Hugo really is the place for you. With 2 music policies and great drinks deals all week, House of Hugo is a great place to entertain and to be entertained! The House Of Hugo idea comes to us from Hugo R. Ensslin. Born in Germany he went on to fulfil his dream of becoming a cocktail connoisseur by moving to New York and working his way up in the industry. He also wrote one of the last ever published cocktail recipe books before the Prohibition Era. Once the Prohibition Era kicked in Hugo was one of the many Bar Tenders in New York that decided to open up his own front room as a Speakeasy, hence the name 'House Of Hugo'. Customers can also access Crystal Bar next door free of charge. House Of Hugo is also available for Private Hire. We can accommodate 60 to 300 guests and can cater for any occasion.
