NEW RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT - TOTEM RECORDS - 04.06.21

Morning folks, we’re extremely pleased to reveal that superb Sheffield band ‘Minds Idle’ will be the next to release an awesome 7” single with our label.

Our goal from day one was to create products that are the best independent releases in the country, with the development and production values (maybe not the budget!) of a major label offering.

From the band...

‘On the 4th of June we release live favourite ‘HARRY’ in the forms of song, music video and 7” vinyl with its own extended 7” mix! Vinyl pre orders go live next week. Peel those eyes.’

‘We will also be releasing brand new, never-gigged track ‘This Old House’ on Friday 11th June, a week in the wake of HARRY’s earthshaking detonation.
This Old House will also feature as the B side of the HARRY 7” vinyl. This track is a band favourite and we’ve spent a lot of lockdown perfecting it. Can’t wait to share it with you.’

There's a really good chance that this will hit the actual genuine charts, so your support will go a long way towards re-establishing Sheffield as a rising power in the UK music industry.

Only 300 copys pressed, all hand numbered, with each 7" record being unique in colour...

Featuring the amazing 'TELL ME TONIGHT' and the haunting 'WHY WALK'!!!

Whilst the majority of the entertainment industry ground to halt this year, there has been some proper graft going on behind the scenes. Pleased to announce that we’ve been working with the mighty Section 60 to put out our next vinyl release on the Totem Records imprint. Strictly limited edition of 300. Release date early 2021. 👊😜

Totem Records would like to thank everyone who has bought a copy of the first single, it’s been great to see such strong demand for new music released on a physical format.

As ‘TOT101’ is now nearing a sell out, our thoughts move on to how we can follow this up…
