What's it all about? Well have made these four beers that we're pouring right now.

🍻 STRATA 🍻
Strata, bred in Washington, USA, shows the incredible connection between science and nature. Popping with strawberry, dank and tropical complexity, its delicious potential in this soft, hazy IPA.

Siren teamed up with Fort George for this beer - a well know and loved Brewpub and production brewery based out of Astoria Portland. They were among the first to use this hop in the world! Strata is an example of innovation and breeding of hops to suit modern brewers.

🍻 GALAXY 🍻

Australia’s Galaxy is one of the most enigmatic hops of the past twenty years, dripping with essential oils and delivering incredible flavour.

At one time, Galaxy was absolutely everywhere - the darling hop of craft beer. Siren worked with Australian outfit Mountain Culture on this, taking advantage of their local knowledge. Siren made this IPA in their style, building the profile in the right way to show off Galaxy.

🍻 SAAZ🍻

Czech Saaz (or Žatec) is one of the most revered hops in history, delivering delicate floral notes and noble character since the 14th century! Siren are celebrating its legacy in this traditional Bohemian pilsner.

Jarosovský Pivovar is an original Czech brewery dated back to the 16th Century – sold to Heineken who shut the brand down a while ago, and brought back to life by some locals. The team focus on local malt, local hops and traditional methods.

🍻 NELSON SAUVIN🍻

New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin is one of the most distinctive hops of the modern era, bursting with gooseberry and white wine characteristics for over two decades! We’re showcasing its beauty in a Double IPA, inspired by a beer almost as famous…

Nelson Sauvin has made a mark in the UK, and it's one of our favourite hops of recent years. Siren paired it with a fantastic brewery - Garage Project. Their IPA, Pernicious W**d, is a fondly remembered beer, as Siren brought a keg over for our Rainbow Project party in 2016 and it stole the show.

This summer we made our annual pilgrimage to Portugal and met up with our good friends Ophiussa Brewing Company. A collaboration was inevitible and the good guys there knew exactly the right beer to summarise our relationship.

Bliss - a cherry 🍒, banana 🍌 and strawberry 🍓 smoothie sour with Marshmallow 👌🏼

Conhecemos o Adam e o Dan da há quase dois anos e desde o primeiro dia que sabíamos que esta colaboração tinha de acontecer, só faltava saber quando. Sabíamos que ia ser uma smoothie, pois é um dos estilos que representa ambas as marcas, e que tinha de ter morango, banana e marshmallow (porque não?!) bem como um cheirinho de Portugal, porque eles adoram Portugal e nós adoramo-los! A ginja surgiu para preencher esse lugar pois é dela que é feito um licor bastante popular no nosso país, a Ginjinha! Juntámos todas as partes e voilà! Smoothie Sour de Morango, Ginja, Banana e Marshmallow para vosso deleite!

🍒🍌🍓 Bliss - Smoothie Sour (5%) 🍓🍌🍒

We met Adam and Dan from almost two years ago and from day one we knew this collaboration was going to happen, we just needed to know when. We knew it was going to be a smoothie, as it is one of the styles that represents both brands, and that it had to have strawberry, banana and marshmallow (because why not?!) as well as a taste of Portugal, because they love Portugal and we love them! Sour Cherry came to fill this role since it is what makes a very popular liqueur in our country, Ginjinha! We put all the parts together and voilà! Strawberry, Sour Cherry, Banana and Marshmallow Smoothie Sour for your enjoyment!

You all seem to be loving Fluff! From the first pours at Liverpool Craft Beer Expo the other week to everyone who has visited the taproom Heist Brew Tap we've heard nothing but good feedback.
