Hi! Seasons greetings you all. Over at the bakery we have just received delivery of this years’ harvest of olive oil. This is the same olive oil so coveted when the restaurant was open and you won’t find it anywhere else.

After an exceptional season, the oil is particularly punchy. As ever, it hails from a single olive grove and is cold pressed the day after being harvested.

It’s inevitably going to be Christmas and we’d love you to spend some of it at TONCO. Lots going at TONCO. Next up, we bought a bakery, the wonderful Seven Hills on Sharrowvale road. Like TONCO, the bakery has been owner operated and independent (for over ten years, before TONCO was even born). We hope to continue in this tradition with some changes to the kitchen and cafe! These won’t happen overnight so in the immediate future the bakery will continue to make superlative bread and baked goods, and kick out excellent coffee. We hope to welcome folk back into the cafe asap! Onwards and upwards!
