Bit of a rant and an explanation on how I'll be running things from now on.
So if you're unaware doing tips is something I do in my spare time it's not my job. It's just something I learnt to do years ago on my own cues instead of taking them to a shop. Then gradually started doing other people's for them and last year decided to do it as something to earn money on the side. At first I was really busy and then it got to point people was taking the mick abit because I'd fit a tip in the drop of hat. If I'm taking time out of my spare time the least you can do is show up on time when we arrange to meet. Numerous times I've been out with my partner and kids and made sure him home in time for someone to either collect or drop off for our agreed time and they've showed up and hour or 2 late or said can I call by tomorrow. So not only have I been messed about but my family has too and that's only 1 example.
Anyway... how I'll be running it now is doing them all in 1 go every 2 weeks on either a Saturday or a Sunday I've not decided yet. But from Sunday to Wednesday the week before is your time to get your cue booked in as I won't really be stocking anything anymore I'll put an order in on Wednesday around 7pm. So message me Sunday to Wednesday to get booked in, tip chosen and paid for as a deposit and all ordered by 7pm so there's enough time for it to come ready for the day I do them all and a reminder on price. £12 fitting plus price if the tip and break tips are £15 plus price of the tip. I'll post about dates when I've worked it out, Thanks and please share.
