⭐MEET OUR NEW HEAD CHEF! ⭐

We’ve got a new face in the kitchen at the Cricket Inn, and we’re excited for you to meet him!

With a passion for traditional cooking with a twist, Alex, our new Head Chef, brings plenty of experience to the table, having previously worked at The Maynard in Grindleford and The Devonshire Arms in Beeley.

His love of cooking started young, helping out in his family’s restaurant after school, and today he’s all about making the most of local produce and creating delicious dishes using quality ingredients.

And what’s his favourite thing to cook? Bread! But when it comes to eating, you can’t beat a good Sunday roast with plenty of gravy! We think he’ll fit right in! 😍

He’s joining us with big ambitions to elevate our standards and really give the community their local back, and we’re already excited about what’s to come!

With our NEW WINTER MENU now here, there’s never been a better time to come along, say hello and see what’s cooking!
