Another beautiful day ! Amazing sunny day hosted by Jennifer & Tom. They did such a good job and brought in entertainment for guests of any age - from catering, bouncy castle, to games. Everyone was so happy and had a smile on their faces.

But based on the feedback we think we managed to deliver outstanding services. I couldn’t do it without my lovely girls, husband and suppliers. It was a great event & we are so glad we could be part of it and created some fun mocktails for children 🍹. FairPlay is a fabulous organisation doing so much for the community ❤️

Cocktail & drinks garnished with fresh basil? I love using it for drinks with a touch of strawberries or lemon. Try it with Strawberry spritz or Tom Collins 🍸🍹

Would you like a change for your winter-themed party? There are lovely drinks that MUST be served during cool winter. How about this blood-orange spiced G&T?

You do not need anything special to make this drink for your guests. All you need is:
- winter spicy (star anise, and nutmeg or cloves)
- bloody orange
- gin
- tonic

I would recommend add a few cinnamon sticks into a jug, add dry gin and let it infuse for a bit. Into each glass put a slice of bloody orange and start anise. Pour over the infused gin, top up with tonic and stir. For the best effect grind cloves on top or grate a bit of nutmeg. It gives it an amazing smell of "Christmas atmosphere"
