If you haven’t heard already, we’re partnering with Andrew Lofthouse DipWSET to bring you a one-night-only dining experience — pairing 5 exquisite Japanese courses with 5 carefully curated glasses of fine wine. 🍷

The food menu is created especially for this event by our Head Chef, each dish has been thoughtfully designed to take you on a journey through flavours and textures, with every course crafted to complement the wine pairing and allow both the food and wine to shine. 👨‍🍳

As for the wine selections… we’re keeping those as a surprise 👀

Four years ago, Guyshi opened its doors… and what a journey it’s been 🥹

We’ve welcomed thousands of diners, served countless plates, poured endless drinks, celebrated hundreds of special moments and created memories that we’ll cherish forever 🙏

It hasn’t always been a straight road, there have been challenges, unexpected twists and a few hiccups along the way — but every moment has helped shape Guyshi into what it is today. ❤️

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support from our guests, friends, team members and everyone who has been part of our journey over the last 4 years. Thank you for choosing to spend your celebrations, date nights, catch-ups and special moments with us. We’re so grateful for every visit, every kind word and every bit of support.
