Very sad news this evening. Rest in peace dear Pat. BRFM will never be the same 💔

BRFM is very sad to pass on news that our wonderful presenter Pat Hand has passed away.

Pat joined the station originally to answer the phones for Les on a Saturday, and then started helping Pete present his mid morning show on a Friday, as well as helping Pete, Pat helped Dan, Richard and Mo on a regular basis. In recent years Pat has hosted how own popular all sorts show on a Sunday Afternoon.

Pat rushed back from Somerset to enjoy our meet and greet at the Beach Bar, just over a week or so ago, where she thoroughly enjoyed putting names to faces.

Pat was immensely popular with presenters and listeners, and as a much loved member of our team she will be greatly missed.

We send our love to Brian and the family at this heartbreaking time.
