Last year marked 10 years of — ten years of building world-class cocktail bars for weddings, parties and pop-ups, and obsessing over great drinks, great wine and great hospitality.

So it feels pretty special to say this…

Alongside our current event offering, this year I’ve teamed up with my brother-in-law to create something more permanent.

is coming to Tunbridge Wells 🍝🍷
An all-day spot for coffee, banging sandwiches, Italian snack plates and pasta — flowing straight into aperitivo, a seriously good wine list and proper, top-tier cocktails.

Without realising, I’ve always been obsessed with hospitality. I was raised in a proper foodie household where everything revolved around the table, big flavours, loud conversations, and music always on in the background, no phones in sight! Even now, wherever I travel, my first question is always, “Where are we eating?” I’d actually go as far as to say I plan majority of travel and trips abroad around food and drink!

Tunbridge Wells has some great spots, I love all the little pockets in this town all with the their own identities! I can imagine Senza Fondeli integrating into The Pantiles perfectly.. being somewhere that really brings food, cocktails and live music together under one roof…somewhere you come for dinner and accidentally stay all night. The history, the jazz, the independent energy, it already has that buzz. We just want to add to it.

A new chapter, close to home, built with family — and I genuinely can’t wait to get the doors open.
